Kolibri Kapital ASA is a Norwegian investment company established in year 2000 lends out money to small and medium-sized microfinance institutions in developing countries including Bolivia, Ecuador, Georgia, Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. These institutions provide credit/ small loans to poor individuals who are unable to obtain a loan through regular banks because they cannot provide security in terms of property or similar.
